Our Mission

When we plant a seed, we do so with the intent to reap the fruits of our labor. The soil must be fresh and moist. The seeds, themselves, must be good. In our everyday work, we strive to plant seeds of goodness with the intention that we will reap what we sow, so-to-speak. J-Vonnay Personnel is planting those seeds of goodness into our communities. We intend to cover our seeds with mental nourishment and encouragement, so as to empower those seeds to break through the grounds of barriers or setbacks. This is how we create a strong foundation!

When we water a seed, we do so with excitement. We know that too much may drown the seed and render it no good. We also know that too little may dry up the seed, subsequently causing it to go dormant, which will give us next season setbacks. In life, we never truly know if we’re doing too much, too little, or just enough. Yet, we strive to keep pushing forward with optimism that the light is right around the corner. J-Vonnay Personnel is here to offer that extra bit of sunlight, so-to-speak. There are areas of dryness in our communities, which could use some enlightening watering. Where there are setbacks, there is room for improvement and growth. We tap into that potential and help to expose the talent and skills that may be overlooked. This is where we grow!
